Job Details
Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects
Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules
Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms
Ability to manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based transportation and bridge projects
