We Need You

A skilled, hands-on cook If you thrive in a family-first kitchen where your work is felt in every bite apply.

What You ll Do:

• Prep and cook all breakfast items daily: Hash browns, bacon, sausage. Eggs will be cook to order, pancakes/waffles as a daily rotation, a daily special like huevos rancheros, and cold buffet fruit, yogurt will be prepared daily.
  

• Serve 110+ meals daily (70+ guests + 40 crew).
  

• Maintain pace: Keep the line moving through 100+ plates in 75 minutes max.
  

• Report issues immediately.
  

• Clean as you go and support the team during rushes.
  

Who You Are:

• 3+ years in high-volume breakfast service (resort/diner/ranch preferred).
  

• Speed without compromise: Your eggs hit the plate before the coffee cools.
  

• You cook to connect: We like a cook who can find even a moment to say hello to at least one family a day
  

• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work. (WY residency not required)
