Summary

The Flagstaff Embassy Suites, proudly managed by Baywood Hospitality, is seeking a reliable and upbeat Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to help deliver our daily complimentary breakfast experience.

This role includes light food prep and light cooking, stocking and maintaining the breakfast area, and providing friendly service to our guests. Prior breakfast, kitchen, or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Candidates must be available to work either 5:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet
• Perform light food preparation and light cooking (eggs, breakfast items, warming food)
• Stock food, beverages, paper goods, and supplies throughout service
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage spaces
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
• Communicate supply needs or issues to management
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Prior breakfast, kitchen, or food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Must be available 5:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. OR 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Weekends and holidays required but rotated among team

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed
