Breakfast Attendant 

We are seeking a friendly and professional Breakfast Attendant to seamlessly join our team at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Altoona. Our Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience by providing exceptional service during breakfast hours. As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience and make sure that each guest starts their day off on the right foot!

Responsibilities:

• Provide top customer service
• Maintain health and safety regulations related to food handling and cleanliness
• Arrive and hour before breakfast starts to prepare and set up breakfast bar
• Prepare hot breakfast items on daily menu
•  Replenish all foods throughout breakfast hours
•  Maintain safety of guests such as cleaning up spills so we don’t have slips, trips and falls
•  Mingle with customers in the morning
•  Assist guests with questions and concerns about items on bar
•  Break down Breakfast Bar and clean dining area and prep area
•  Set up and pull items for following day

Qualifications

•   Multitasking 
•  1 year customer service experience
•   Eye for details
•   Must be able to work weekends
