Provides assistance to the General Manager with all Guest service, passion for the brand, family communication, development of authentic talent, operational standards of excellence, and decision-making and for the entire location. Directs, implements and maintains a philosophy congruent with BRIO/BRAVO’s culture, which services as a guide to all family members.
