As a Brand Growth Representative, you help residents upgrade their home cinema experience by showcasing Frontier’s premium TV and fiber-optic bundles. You expand our sales reach by explaining how fiber powers the highest quality streaming available today. We’ll provide the leadership blueprints to help the Brand Growth Representative manage the sales lifecycle with absolute professional command and warmth.
Key Responsibilities of the Brand Growth Representative
- Support Pomona households with consultative guidance, highlighting Frontier Fiber’s reliability and TV service flexibility to drive customer adoption.
- Conduct household assessments, qualifying residents for fiber internet and TV packages tailored to streaming and entertainment needs while meeting sales objectives.
- Promote Frontier’s competitive differentiators, including no‑contract offers, promotional credits, and bundled TV savings, to maximize sales revenue.
- Maintain precise records in sales platforms, tracking lead progression and auditing serviceability data for fiber and TV activations.
- Document household connectivity challenges, sharing insights with leadership to refine marketing strategies and product launches.
- Provide clear, data‑driven guidance on fiber hardware and TV features, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction while meeting sales goals
Minimum Qualifications of the Brand Growth Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or technical services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quota achievement.
