Location: Dalton, GeorgiaJob Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourOur client is seeking a talented Brand Creative Designer with expertise in graphic design, visual design for web and social, art direction, and a strong focus on content creation for product launches across carpet and hard surface flooring categories. This role will bring the brand's vision to life through compelling visuals and storytelling across all channels. You will work collaboratively across marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive, meaningful experiences that connect with all our customer segments and channels. Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Create high-impact, on-brand visual assets for print, digital, advertising, packaging, and merchandising materials.Web and Social Visual Design:Design engaging digital content for websites, landing pages, email marketing, and social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).Art Direction:Work with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and videographers to develop creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.Collaborate on photo and video shoots, ensuring brand aesthetic and product details are captured thoughtfully.Product Launch Support:Concept and execute creative materials and campaigns supporting carpet and hard surface product introductions.Partner with product and marketing teams to build launch toolkits (samples, lookbooks, brochures, digital ads, sales enablement assets).Content Creation and Storytelling:Translate product features, craftsmanship, sustainability initiatives, and design inspiration into rich visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.Brand Consistency:Uphold brand standards and help evolve visual identity to remain fresh, premium, and relevant.Trend Awareness:Stay current on design, home interiors, and digital trends to infuse fresh thinking into brand creative.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, and visual design roles, preferably in luxury, interiors, consumer goods, or flooring industries.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign proficiency is a must have).Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms.Knowledge of photography direction, styling, and working with creative production teams.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
