Brand Ambassador

The Babylon Group is hiring a Brand Ambassador to support our marketing team in advocating for one of the largest telecommunications providers in the industry. Our team operates with discipline and strong ethical principles, ensuring that every action aligns with our values.

As the Brand Ambassador, your priority is building brand awareness and driving customer engagement through in-person interactions and marketing initiatives. The Brand Ambassador role is for someone who enjoys representing the brand and engaging with a diverse customer base in person.

What You’ll Do as a Brand Ambassador:

• Curate and implement field marketing initiatives designed to capture customers interest and brand visibility, making sure that our campaigns stand out.

• Engage with local communities to introduce our diverse suite of products while emphasizing how they can make a positive impact on their needs.

• Actively represent the company at key marketing and sales events, using these platforms to increase customer prospects.

• Work together with the sales team to actualize their plans, contributing to the overall success in reaching the team’s sales targets.

• Brand Ambassadors will continuously develop sales and marketing skills such as clear communication, customer service, and increasing sales and business knowledge to deliver optimal brand representation.

• Gather feedback and marketing campaign results to continuously adapt and improve marketing strategies.

• A competent Brand Ambassador foster transparency and integrity with clients, customers, and team members.

What the Ideal Brand Ambassador looks like:

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent level of certified secondary education is required.
• While prior experience in professional marketing is not a prerequisite for this role, we value candidates who possess a strong work ethic
• An effective Brand Ambassador has strong communication skills
• Dynamic personality, able to effectively engage with others.
• Adaptable to new ideas and marketing strategies
