• Able to personally engage GC's and/or clients relative to providing credible, initial scoping and estimating of projects.

• Effective communication skills in articulating our relevant offerings and value proposition and at multiple levels in the hierarchy (leadership, execution) and organizational types (GC's, clients, partners).
• Strong revenue generation background including knowledge of relationships, responsiveness, prospect qualification, new business development through credibility, account management & penetration, strategic, concept.
Role Summary:
The Branch Leader Manager / Director will play a key role in the success of the Falkbuilt Branch by building strong relationships with General Contractors and promoting Falkbuilt as a preferred construction choice. They will ensure smooth project execution from sales to delivery while developing business strategies to meet goals. With a solid understanding of the construction process and a focus on teamwork, the candidate will communicate effectively, drive revenue growth, and foster a positive, energetic work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for the strategy, pursuit and closing of business which drives the success of the Falkbuilt Branch.
• Do so through continuous and direct interaction with selected General Contractors as their "super subcontractor".
• Establishing Falkbuilt as a visible, preferred method of construction in the market; and the CBI Falkbuilt Branch as a reliable, trusted partner.
• Orchestrate all aspects of the Branch to deliver superior project execution, from sales through estimation, design, delivery, and customer service.
• Select, prioritize, develop and maintain positive relationships with local GC, A&D, and Real Estate broker partners.
• Develop forecasts and business plans to meet goals and metrics.
