Your Role: As a Brake Press Operator at Warren, LLC, you will:
-Set up and operate brake press machinery according to product plans and production schedules.
-Measure, align, and position metal sheets and plates to form parts.
-Read product drawings to determine proper angles and bends, using tools like a protractor to ensure accuracy.
-Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
-Adhere to all safety protocols as outlined in the Warren Handbook.
-Perform other duties as assigned while participating in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1+ years of experience operating a brake press machine.
-Ability to read, interpret, and follow product drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost management.
-Strong ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure machines are running properly.
-Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Physical Demands:
-Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
-Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Work primarily in a shop environment that is not temperature-controlled.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
-Full-time position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily.
-Business hours are determined by the manager, with mandatory overtime as needed.
