In this role, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and prototype vehicles to ensure high-quality software is released efficiently and reliably. You’ll gain hands-on experience with OTA updates, diagnostics, and end-to-end vehicle system integration, while working in a hybrid environment that balances collaboration in-office with flexibility from home.

Manage brake controls software delivery and calibration activities, including timing, supplier coordination, program builds, OTA updates, and change management
Guide supplier partners through product development processes, including requirements definition and sign-off
Support development and integration of driver assistance features
Deliver software work packages through change management processes, including release documentation, validation, and OTA deployment
Collaborate on cross-module network communication implementation (e.g., OTA, cybersecurity, diagnostics, end-to-end communication)
Investigate Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and support early quality detection activities
Support service manual development and documentation
Assist with Breadboard and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing, including issue resolution and software updates
Support prototype vehicle builds, including root cause analysis and software flashing
Release and maintain diagnostic specifications
Ensure compliance with centralized software quality and process standards (e.g., ASPICE)
Lead Software Technical Design Reviews (TDRs)
Support assembly plant End-of-Line (EOL) setup and issue resolution
Participate in Agile software development processes
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Delivery Management or Design Release Engineering
Preferred Skills:
Experience in software quality, issue resolution, and systems engineering
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
2+ years of experience in design or development within chassis or powertrain control systems
Preferred Experience:
Experience in supplier management
Knowledge of FMEA and quality assurance methodologies
Familiarity with vehicle network communication protocols (e.g., CAN)
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to learn new tools and technologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working with data acquisition systems (digital and analog)
Exposure to system analysis tools and control modeling (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, SysML)

Hybrid work setup (In-office Monday to Thursday, Remote on Friday)
