Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate | $20/HR | M–F | Indianapolis, IN

TransForce is hiring drivers for a box truck + warehouse role with steady weekday hours in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

This role requires a valid DOT med card and forklift/pallet jack experience. 

Pay & Schedule:

• $20.00/hour

• Monday–Friday

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Temp-to-hire

Box Truck Driver Details:

• Drive a box truck (automatic, <26,000 lbs)

• Local deliveries (1–2 hours out)

• Deliver electrical materials to customer locations

• Use liftgate, pallet jack, and other equipment

• 50% driving / 50% warehouse work

Warehouse Duties:

• Load/unload trucks

• Pull and pack orders

• Stock and move materials

• Operate forklift and equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card

• Forklift and pallet jack experience

• Ability to lift 60–70 lbs

• Comfortable with warehouse work and driving
