Bookstore eCommerce Fulfillment Associate

The Auburn University Bookstore is excited to recruit students for our Marketing and eCommerce team! These positions will gain professional experience by assisting the Marketing and eCommerce department as needed. This role supports customers and eCommerce operations by responding to inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media while ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Responsibilities:- Assisting customers via phone and email support regarding online order questions, product questions, or transferring calls to the appropriate department.
- Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and social media messaging
- Become familiar with software, barcode scanning for SKU accuracy, and warehouse automation tools
- Utilize NetSuite for a streamlined order process that encompasses picking sales orders, packing sales orders, and shipping all eCommerce sales orders
- Ensure that sales orders are processed and completed by following the stores order fulfillment guidelines
- Update order statuses, tracking numbers, and notes within NetSuite to ensure clear communication
- Maintain a clear and organized workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain packing and shipping inventory quantities via Uline
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as updating products into eCommerce catalogs, removing discontinued items, and assisting in organizing product categories for better site navigation
- Create website audits to ensure that all applicable and received items are appropriately uploaded into the website.
