WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This accounting position is part-time, 15–20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.

 

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Bookkeeper, you'll step into the heart of our financial operations, handling month‑end bank and credit card reconciliations, building accurate profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and preparing monthly reports that help the owner make informed decisions. You'll coordinate with our tax accountant for smooth year‑end closeouts, maintain organized financial records, and serve as the dependable steward of our numbers.

 

IS THIS THE PERFECT PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

 

Experience with Smart Service is a huge plus, but we're happy to train!
