The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for all manufacturing and office staff.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including inventory of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Provide administrative support for human resources, including new hire onboarding and employee record management.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial, HR, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate facility-related services and maintenance requests for the office environment.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, understanding industry-specific financial processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience with payroll processing and related tax compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, WIP).
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and their financial implications.
  • Experience supporting HR and payroll functions for a production workforce.
