They’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Keep Finances Organized: Maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate data transfer to the general ledger.
- Manage Daily Transactions: Handle bank deposits, process vendor payments, and manage customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support Business Operations: Prepare invoices for residential and commercial clients, finalize estimates, and order supplies as needed.
- Provide Insightful Reporting: Compile reports on cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and profit/loss to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
