Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close
- Manage payroll processing and employee time tracking (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:
