Operations & Accounting Coordinator

Location: Henderson, NV (In-Office) | Salary: $55,000 – $60,000/year

The Role: The Backbone of our Nevada Operations

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping the gears of a business turning? We are looking for a highly organized Operations & Accounting Coordinator to serve as the functional heart of our Henderson office.

In this role, you will be the "bridge" between our daily operations and our external CPA firm. You’ll manage our financial data entry, lead our local HR administration, and ensure our facility is running at peak efficiency. This is a high-trust position reporting directly to the CEO/General Manager, perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and professional "ownership" of the back office.


Key Responsibilities

Financial & NetSuite Coordination

  • Accounts Payable: Execute vendor bill entry and expense tracking via Bill.com.

  • ERP Management: Maintain the integrity of our Oracle NetSuite environment, including vendor setup and transaction reviews.

  • CPA Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external CPA firm to facilitate a smooth monthly close and audit readiness.

  • Accuracy Oversight: Review all invoices for precision and ensure digital records are meticulously organized.

Human Resources & People Support

  • Team Onboarding: Facilitate the "New Hire" experience and maintain secure employee records.

  • Payroll Support: Partner with our CPA/Payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate compensation cycles.

  • Benefits Admin: Coordinate PTO tracking, benefits enrollment, and general HR documentation.

Office Management & Compliance

  • Facility Operations: Manage our Henderson facility, including vendor relationships, service contracts, and supply procurement.

  • Compliance Champion: Proactively manage the renewal of Nevada business licenses, fire permits, and state registrations.

  • Administrative Lead: Support leadership with special projects and maintain the central repository of company documentation.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree and a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation are required.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting support or full-charge bookkeeping.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in NetSuite and Bill.com is highly preferred. You should be an expert-level user of Microsoft Excel.

  • The "Vault" Factor: You have an impeccable track record of handling confidential financial and HR data with total discretion.

  • Local Presence: This is an in-person role; you must be able to commute to our Henderson, NV 89074 facility.
