What You’ll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial data in proprietary accounting software
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Monitor unit cost variances and help establish cost standards for labor and materials
Support the accounting team with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
