This role is fully onsite in Buford, GA.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Process AR payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) and manage invoicing
Support AP functions including vendor payments, bill entry, and invoice matching
Perform daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
Assist with month-end/year-end close and budget tracking
Prepare reports for leadership and maintain accurate financial records
Partner with external CPA/bookkeeping teams as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience with GAAP knowledge
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, or similar a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills
