QUALIFICATIONS

This is a long-term career position expected to last 10+ years that includes training in the Fiduciary/ Estate Executor field.

Qualified candidates must possess a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and provide a satisfactory credit report.

Full-Time, in-person position at our Scottsdale office located at Hayden & Raintree.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Posting and reconciliation of financial account statements.

Monthly client billing.

Annual accounting and audits of client accounts.

General office work, mail, filing, incoming calls.  Variety in daily activities.
