We are seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join a hospital-based practice at Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, Texas. Schedule / Hours: Standard daytime hours with ICU coverage
Call: Shared call responsibilities
Patient Volume: Diverse and growing patient population
Location: Eagle Pass, TX
Practice Setting: Hospital-based pulmonary and critical care service with modern ICU and pulmonary facilities
Support / Care Team: Experienced physicians, APPs, nursing, and respiratory therapy support staff
EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services to inpatient and outpatient populations including diagnosis, management, and treatment of respiratory and critical illnesses
Collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities efficiently in a hospital setting including ICU management
Document patient care thoroughly using Cerner EMR system

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Active or eligible for Texas medical license
Commitment to patient-centered pulmonary and critical care
Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
