Board Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

While this position will be providing services virtually, the clinician will be in-office here at our Santa Maria Telehealth location.

Wage Range that the Company Expects to Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,512.50 bi-weekly

Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner provides primary health care services to patients of Community Health Center.

It is the primary purpose of CHC to provide the highest quality of total care possible to the patient population it serves. Such a level of quality depends ultimately on the staff's desire and ability to work together, individually, and as a team. The employee is expected to be professional, punctual, maintain regular attendance, cooperative, organized, and enthusiastic at all times.
