Position Overview
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bound Brook, NJ team on a part-time, contract basis. This is a great opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work without a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop custom treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs delivering ABA services
- Track progress and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and maintain clear communication
- Ensure clinical documentation is timely and accurate
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
