- Minimum 1 year of professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, including 1,500 hours supervised by a BCBA.
UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago is seeking a dedicated and skilled Level 2 Behavior Analyst to support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this essential role, you will develop, implement, and maintain effective behavior support plans that promote safety, personal growth, and community inclusion. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers, you will ensure that all services align with agency standards and state regulatory requirements.
You will conduct behavioral assessments, model appropriate intervention strategies, and provide crisis response when needed. This position also involves analyzing data to evaluate progress, training staff to maintain high-quality implementation, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.
