RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
  • Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis.
    Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
    Conduct patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and special education.
    Experience
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
    Experience working with individuals with disabilities in various settings is preferred.
    Knowledge of medical documentation processes and patient assessment techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping is necessary.
