Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Overview:
In-person position supporting sites from San Francisco to Redwood City (within a 30-mile travel radius)
Part-time schedule (2025 hours per week), with the expectation to transition into a full-time, salaried role at the start of the next school year
Compensation: $65$75/hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support RBTs in a school-based setting
Collaborate with school teams and contribute to IEP development
Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
Lead training and development initiatives for behavioral professionals
Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (please include certification number on your resume)
Experience supervising RBTs
Experience working in school settings
Experience with IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs
Interest in leading training and development programs for behavioral professionals
