Passport BMW is seeking reliable and professional Valet Drivers to support our service operations by transporting customer and loaner vehicles in Suitland, MD. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy driving, take pride in excellent customer service, and maintain an exceptionally clean driving record. Valet Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles between the dealership and customer locations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Clean driving record (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving in high-traffic urban areas (DC metro area)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Prior driving or valet experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer vehicles and BMW loaner vehicles to and from customer residences
• Ensure vehicles are transported safely and professionally at all times
• Navigate DC, Maryland, and surrounding metropolitan traffic confidently
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff
• Maintain compliance with all safety, traffic, and dealership policies
