Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing biopharmaceutical company in the Durham area who is hiring an Automation Technician. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Automation Technician will set up, shut down, operate, and adjust automation lines
- Technician will diagnose and perform moderate maintenance of equipment and lines
- Technician will complete batch related documentation in accordance with GDPs
- Technician will monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize equipment downtime
- Technician will assist with the completion of non conformances, deviations, and CAPA
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs, experience in an ISO 13485 environment a plus
- Candidates must be proficient reading blueprints, schematic drawings, etc
- Candidates must be able to perform math and measurements to perform maintenance on equipment
- Candidates must have process start up and shut down experience
- Candidates must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Candidates must be computer savvy with ERP systems
- Candidates must have 1+ years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment OR an Associates degree in a technical field
