- Coordinate the client billing process including the processing of pre-bills, assisting with adjustments, write-offs, and execution of final bills to clients
- Assist in the eBilling process from upload to approval and tracking billing guidelines to ensure compliance for an efficient payment process
- Work closely with our intake team and rate administration on new clients and matters to allow for proper billing setup and rate applications
- Work cohesively with other functional areas of the accounting department and firm to assist where needed
- Provide the highest level of professional service to external clients and internally across departments
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Minimum two years of experience in billing or accounting preferred.
- Experience working with legal billing systems and electronic billing platforms preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
- Experience with Aderant preferred.
