What You’ll Be Doing as the Billing Specialist:
Process and accurately record billing transactions in the accounting system
Prepare, review, and issue invoices per contract terms and billing schedules
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
Maintain organized billing documentation and audit-ready support
Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
What We’re Looking For in the Billing Specialist:
3+ years of full-cycle billing experience
Experience with billing portals (SMART GEP, Ariba, Open Invoice, or similar)
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Self-directed, solution-oriented work style
Clear, consistent communication and follow-through
MaxSalary: USD60000
MinSalary: USD45000
