Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager
Location: Kern County
Pay: $90,000 – $130,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Cycle Manager to join a growing healthcare organization in Kern County. This role will oversee the full revenue cycle process and play a key part in optimizing billing operations, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance. The organization offers a collaborative environment and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full revenue cycle including billing, collections, and payment posting
Manage and improve processes related to claims submission, denials, and reimbursements
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing and revenue recognition
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
Prepare reports and analysis for leadership
Supervise and mentor billing and revenue cycle staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
Strong knowledge of insurance billing, claims, and reimbursement processes
Experience managing teams and improving workflows
