Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional for a Billing & Invoicing position in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote. This position focuses on billing and invoicing tasks in a legal context.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new legal suppliers/vendors in HICX.
- Identify and resolve payment processing issues for current legal suppliers/vendors.
- Submit legal invoices for Accounts Payable processing, including determining the correct General Ledger Code for each invoice using SharePoint, Esker, Coupa, and Manual Payment Forms.
- Approve Fee Offers in CounselLink.
- Open new matters in CounselLink.
- Provide payment dates to legal suppliers/vendors.
- Draft and finalize End of Month/End of Quarter Excel spreadsheets demonstrating invoice accruals for the Finance Team.
Qualifications
- Experience processing legal invoices, preferably in CounselLink.
- Experience processing invoices in a corporate environment with an understanding of general ledger codes.
- Experience with End of Month/End of Quarter/End of Year accrual processes.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in vendor/supplier onboarding, preferably in HICX.
- Experience with Oracle is a plus.
Schedule
This position requires working three days in the office and two days remotely.
