Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, print, and distribute prebills in accordance with firm standards
  • Execute complex prebill revisions accurately and on time as directed by billing attorneys
  • Prepare and distribute client invoices per attorney instructions
  • Coordinate with the eBilling department to resolve rejections on electronically billed invoices
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to client and attorney billing inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Identify and resolve billing inaccuracies before invoices go out
  • Participate regularly in billing meetings with assigned attorneys
  • Work proficiently in 3E, Proforma Tracker, InTapp Time, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Contribute to special projects and suggest process improvements where applicable

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of related billing work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of billing experience, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
  • Experience or strong background in legal billing processes, prebill preparation, invoice distribution, and eBilling coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Elite Enterprise/3E and BillBlast experience a strong plus
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of staff and management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the highest standards of honesty and integrity
