What You'll Do:
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers
• Balance your cash drawer with a 95%+ accuracy rate and handle large cash volumes
• Sell money orders and traveler’s checks as needed
• Cross-sell credit union products and services in a helpful, non-pushy way
• Provide professional, courteous service and guide members to appropriate departments
• Investigate and resolve routine member issues and inquiries

What We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• At least 1 year of teller or high-volume cash handling experience (e.g., check cashing, courtesy booth)
• Proven ability to balance a cash drawer with minimal outages 
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
