What You'll Do:
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers
Balance your cash drawer with a 95%+ accuracy rate and handle large cash volumes
Sell money orders and travelers checks as needed
Cross-sell credit union products and services in a helpful, non-pushy way
Provide professional, courteous service and guide members to appropriate departments
Investigate and resolve routine member issues and inquiries
What Were Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
At least 1 year of teller or high-volume cash handling experience (e.g., check cashing, courtesy booth)
Proven ability to balance a cash drawer with minimal outages
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
