This position is fully remote and we have the laptops ready for our candidates to use on the project.
Its 30 hours a week 8-4 or 8:30-4:30, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday.
Payrate is 18.74!
Duration is through April but could go longer!

*Here is an overview of staffing that is needed to support a call center in DC. This is to cover surge hours on Thurs/Friday/ Sat and Sundays.
Skills: 6 months customer service experience, excellent verbal communications skills and proficiency with using computer.
CSRs will be provided with a 5-6 hour training. Staff will answer calls from consumers in the District interested in scheduling appointments for vaccines.
Work shifts would be 30 hours a week between the following times days and times:
Thurs/Friday/Sat/Sun-between 8:00am-4:30 pm
