Position Overview
The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for driving new business, supporting existing clients and contributing to overall agency growth. This is a full-time, in-agency role for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.
Salary Range: $32000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Present and explain insurance coverage options based on client needs and risk profiles
- Meet or exceed new business production goals set with the Agent
- Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and cross selling
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns
- Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines and coverage changes
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activity in agency systems
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
- Active Texas General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO license preferred but not required
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to work a full-time, in-office schedule weekdays
- Must pass a background check including state, federal, and county criminal history

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or telephone
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, computers, telephones and printers
- Ability to lift & carry up to 15 pounds occasionally (i.e. files, laptop or marketing materials)
