Position Overview

Our client is seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for their organization. This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors with a professional demeanor and provide them with visitor badges
  • Assist walk-in applicants with application processes and answer preliminary questions
  • Route incoming sales calls to the appropriate account managers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Answer phones and direct inquiries to the correct departments or personnel
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain security protocols
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support office operations

Required Qualifications
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and phone systems
  • Customer service experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
