Bilingual Production Supervisor

The bilingual Production Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the manufacturing teams to create a safe, productive and profitable environment. This role will plan and facilitate the work of team members to support on-time completion of production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives. This role will develop high performance work teams with ongoing coaching and direction, both formal and informal supporting bilingual communication across teams.

• Supervise, train, and coach production employees on daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing, materials, or processes as needed.
• Conduct safety checks and enforce company policies and OSHA standards.
• Complete daily reports, shift logs, and performance documentation.
• Provide performance feedback to team members to guide their development.
• Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards and processes, and recommend changes as opportunities arise on production floor.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects that support the business and ensure the production schedule demands are met.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of manufacturing process to identify, define, and resolve problems and opportunities. Enlists the requisite support to ensure the timely resolution of problems and the prompt implementation of improvements.
• Implement and sustain 5S in work areas ensuring that tools and materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available.
• Responsible for changes needed in processes and materials, champion process improvements and lead Kaizen events.
• Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of production or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
