Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week!)

Pro Resources is hiring a Bilingual Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a newly launched manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a hands-on working lead role where you’ll help keep production running smoothly while supporting and guiding your team throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do
- Perform daily start-up and set-up of production lines
- Guide operators and assemblers to ensure orders are produced in the correct sequence and quantity
- Monitor production flow and adjust as needed to meet daily goals
- Perform spot checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Ensure team members are following established production processes
- Communicate equipment, material, or workflow issues to the supervisor
- Support safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor
- Assist other team leads and help maintain overall team productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Lead, trainer, or team support experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience operating production equipment or machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
