Job Title: Bilingual Medical Call Center Rep

Pay: $17 - $20/hr

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration: Temp 3-6 months

Job Description: Provides accurate, prompt and courteous service to all Health Plan members and providers in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Ensure office procedures are followed
• Document and update records
• Make outbound calls to patients and members

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months experience working in a call center environment OR 6 months of medical experience
• Great Data Entry
• Bilingual in Spanish
• A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
• Enjoy working with people and providing customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• No visible tattoos or piercings
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Sense of urgency – must be able to work in a fast paced environment
