Our client is a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm located in Central Houston, seeking a Legal Clerk to join it's growing team of attorneys and paralegals.
Candidate should have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills, and be committed to performing an excellent job for clients. The candidate should be highly motivated, able to multi-task, handle a high-volume case load, and meet deadlines. Solid experience required for the following duties: drafting correspondence, pleadings, petitions and discovery; document management; knowledge of court rules; scheduling court hearings, depositions, conference calls, assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, focus groups, calendaring, and research skills.

Preferred experience of the Legal Clerk:
Order medical/billing/other records.
Schedule appointments.
Manage litigation calendars.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and documents
Schedule travel arrangements.
Assist with reception duties.
Education & Experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
