- Base salary: $36,000 per year
- First-year earning potential: $60,000-$80,000+ (with commissions and bonuses)

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Advise clients on coverage options to ensure they are fully protected
- Educate clients on insurance products that fit their unique needs
- Build and maintain client relationships through policy reviews and service follow-ups
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community connections
- Support ongoing growth through cross-selling, client retention, and renewals
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Location: Located in California is required
- An Active Personal Lines insurance license is required
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a strong desire to help others
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays for optimal lead availability
