Responsibilities

• Be excellent at relationship-building while prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated warm leads and lead databases.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

• Must have a Personal Lines License.
• 1+ years experience in sales. Willing to train on insurance sales to the right individual.
• Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained.
• Fluent in Spanish and English: Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
• Professional phone and office etiquette
