Bilingual Greeter - Traffic Director

• Greet and assist all customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Direct customers to the appropriate areas within the retail location. 
• Manage and coordinate customer traffic to minimize congestion and maintain a smooth flow. 
• Communicate any traffic-related issues to the appropriate team members promptly.  
• Keep entryways, walkways, and common areas clear and organized. 
• Support the retail team with day-to-day operations as needed. 
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free retail environment.
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or traffic coordination preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
