Bilingual Entry Level Account Executive

5th HQ Staffing is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Account Executive (Bilingual English/Spanish). We are looking for an energetic and professional individual with 1–3 years of inside sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Location: Davie, FL
Salary: $48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support for all domestic customers
• Process invoices and handle customer questions and concerns
• Prepare quotes and obtain information to facilitate the quotation process
• Gather required documentation for quotations
• Send product samples to new and existing customers
• Answer specific questions regarding products and their benefits
• Prepare monthly inventory reports (Customer Supplied Components)
• Maintain accurate records for each customer including quotes, orders, pricing, packaging, specifications, and complaints
• Follow orders from entry through shipping to provide customers with accurate updates and order status
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Science or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of inside sales experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
