Bilingual Dental Assistant – Carolina Bright Smiles (Hillsborough, NC)

Full Time · Monday–Friday · Spanish Fluency Required

Carolina Bright Smiles is looking for a skilled, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused, fast-moving practice. If you have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience and want to work in a supportive environment where you can grow, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
You will play a key clinical role every day, including:
  • Chairside assisting for fillings, crowns, extractions, and implant procedures.
  • Setting up and breaking down rooms efficiently.
  • Digital scanning (Primescan) and traditional impressions.
  • Taking radiographs (RAD certification required).
  • Completing charting and perio charting accurately.
  • Sterilization and maintaining proper infection control.
  • Simple lab work and case management.
  • Communicating with patients clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience (required).
  • NC X-ray certification (required).
  • Fluent Spanish (required).
  • Strong chairside skills and clinical knowledge.
  • Professional, dependable, and organized.
