Bilingual Data Entry Administrator (Onsite) – Tulsa, OK (74135)

  • Pay: $17.50/hr.
  • Type: 6-month contract
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

What you’ll do

  • Enter and update information accurately in multiple systems (heavy data entry)
  • Support application intake/interviews (script provided)
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone/in person
  • Document notes and maintain organized records
  • Handle sensitive personal/health/financial information with discretion

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication + ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with solid typing/data entry skills
  • Comfortable speaking with families in challenging situations
  • Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook/Office 365, Teams (plus internal tools)
