Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly to customer calls, inquiries, and service requests related to utility services.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer billing questions, service issues, and complaints, applying de-escalation techniques.
- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians and sales representatives.
- Account Maintenance: Process customer payments, update account information, and explain product benefits, such as comfort plans.
- Feedback & Follow-up: Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customers.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
