Bilingual Customer Service Representative

You own the front desk and create the first impression for every client. Greet clients warmly and professionally, answer phones promptly, handle inquiries, maintain accurate records, manage daily flow and schedules to protect team time, follow systems consistently, and provide reliable support to agents and policyholders. Ideal for someone who thrives on structure, values excellent service, and prioritizes consistency. Character and attitude matter more than prior experience.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required
• Working knowledge of insurance carriers, policies, and processing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and risk assessment tools required
• High school diploma or GED required; insurance license a plus
